By reading the terms, you have acknowledge, understood, and accepts.
- Items will be reserved for only 24 hour. Else if payment not received, items will be given to next interested buyer without notice.
- Creez-la reserves the rights to cancel your order if payment is not made on time.
- Feel free to clear all doubts before ordering the items.
- All items sold are brand new, unless otherwise stated
- Items may not be exact the same from the image due to lighting and angle.
- Prices are exculsive of postage unless stated.
- Items once sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Clothes which have been worn/washed before cannot be exchanged.
- A partial refund will be given to you if the flaw is a minor one
- An exchange/full refund will be given to you if the flaw is a major one.
- Creez-la will check in detail before sending the items.
- If defects were found on the items, please inform us within 3 days after you have received. Else, more then 3 days, no exchange/refund allowed.
- Creez-la will not be responsible for lost/damaged mail
- Items will be mailed out within 2 working days
- With effect from 18 February, meetup for collection or payment will not be accept.
- You are not allow to cancel for items that has make deposit/payment.
- Concealed cash will not be accepted. If insist, we will not be responsible if it gone missing.
